We have a helpdesk team available to call to troubleshoot any problems or questions you may have with your business printer or copier. Plus we have 7 field engineers and 3 IT installation engineers ready to help you install, service and understand how to use and manage your printers and copiers efficiently and effectively.

Engineers will always aim to fix your problem there and then. We use specialist remote software called Team Viewer. Team Viewer is a remote, interactive, diagnostic support tool which can be installed onto the client’s machine remotely.  The engineer can then use this software to investigate and remotely fix problems, this enables a problem to be fixed quickly and efficiently. This method also allows us to see if we need to order any part for broken machines cutting down on the first fix time. If for any reason we cannot fix the problem remotely we will send an engineer out within 4 hours, depending on their individual service level agreement and geographical location.

Our helpdesk team and engineers are constantly trained by all our leading manufacturers, Konica Minolta, HP Kyocera, Lexmark & Ricoh, every time a new model, software or app is launched.
