KRL Group appoint new Service Manager
KRL Group has strengthened their service team with the appointment of new Service Manager, Mark Gregory. Mark has been with KRL Group for 11 years and brings a wealth of experience to the service team.
As Service Engineer Supervisor for 11 years, Mark worked out in the field dealing with the business customers across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Mark will continue to build on these foundations of exceptional customer service and technical know-how with his team of 10.
The service team have a wealth of experience in the business printer and copier industry, making KRL Group the leading business solutions company in the area.
With the business printer and copier market expanding rapidly – and Yorkshire and Lincolnshire being home to many successful businesses – KRL is looking to establish relationships with firms that seek high-quality printer and copiers with exceptional service and support.
Leading the development of the service team will be Mark Gregory, who is confident KRL can provide the best business printer and copier service and support in the industry, continuing to uphold KRL’s 98% first time fix rate.
