Lead Generation Manager

As part of our exciting expansion plans we are looking to recruit an individual to take responsibility for the following:

  • Day to day management and expansion of the Telesales team
    • Agreeing, monitoring and reporting on KPI’s 
    • Coaching and developing of the team
    • Recruitment
    • Appraisals
    • Ensuring the records within the companies CRM system are accurately updated and cleansed.
    • Working closely with our Marketing Manager to agree effective campaigns to help you increase the number of new business appointments that are being generated.
    • To liaise directly with our manufacturer partners to understand new initiatives, trends and activities used by other organisations in our market place
    • Reporting monthly at the management meeting
      • Presenting results/KPIs from the previous months activity
      • Presenting proposals for the next month’s activities to be agreed by the Sales Directors

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Sales/Tele sales experience with a proven track record in achievements and generating qualified leads and appointments.
  • Be a successful team manager used to leading by example and able to demonstrate a successful track record to date, or:
    • An extremely successful telemarketer looking for your next step up into a management role
  • An excellent communicator with a charismatic personality
  • Possess a ‘can- do’ attitude to everyday challenges
  • Have a disciplined and methodical approach
  • Be self-motivated and able to achieve personal targets, whilst adding value to the team overall
