KRL Group Gold Sponsors of Chamber Annual Dinner

Friday 27th January sees KRL Group as the gold sponsor of the Annual Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce dinner. Around 350 local business people will be attending the event along with speaker Alan Johnson MP. This is a very prestigious event and KRL Group are absolutely delighted to have been chosen to take part at such a high level.

KRL Service Team Expands

KRL Group are delighted to announce the addition of Kevin Gorbutt to our technical support team. Kevin has a wealth of experience in the trade, starting out over 20 years ago as a workshop engineer and then moving out into the field. Customer support is key and Kevin’s knowledge on KRL Group’s three main brands, Konica Minolta, Ricoh and Kyocera Mita will only make the service team even stronger than it was previously.

Managing Director, George Baker said of the move, “Hull is our core area and as our customer base is growing and we are taking on more and more new accounts each month, we want our customers to be safe in the knowledge that the excellent service levels they have been accustomed to will not drop.

Our customers get to know their local service technician as each of them covers their own territory. Working like this means the customers build a relationship with the technician and as they are based locally it means they can get to any faults quickly, so customers have minimal downtime".
